Our main focus at Towers Construction is the refurbishment and renovation of delapidated properties. We take run down properties and bring them up to date with modern Heating and Electrical Systems, the latest thermal Insulation & Glazing systems.

House Extensions

We are able to build medium to large house extensions of many types utilizing the latest of construction technologies to provide a build standard second to none. With Thermal efficiency at our hearts we are constantly striving and working with building regulation departments to bring U-Values down to provide greener living with a lower carbon footprint.

With fully managed site from the planning stage through foundations right through to the finish. A full team of experienced tradesman brought together through years of works will complete the build in its entireity.

Large Scale Orangeries

After over 30 years of experience with the UPVC industry specifically we have been at the forefront of Orangery manufacture and installation since its resurgence. Ian has been instrumental in the adoption of the eco-joist system for use within Orangeries.

Ian has been in involved many large orangery installations both for residential and commercial use for buildings such as cafes. One of note is the Orangery on Hornsea Garden Centre at Sigglesthorne which is used as their cafe / restaurante.

Large Scale Conservatories

From the early days of 90`s conservatory installations using whatever materials where available to construct the roofs. From the days of UPVC clad scaffolding tube, the development of specific conservatory roof systems have allowed greater spans and shapes that were never possible using methods of years gone by. In the early days of conservatory roof system manufacture, Ian helped pioneer many of the advancements we use today throughout the conservatory industry after construction thousands of aluminium roof systems.

Constantly pushing the boundaries, often creating conservatories in situations were many people have said was impossible. Glass roof systems with thermal properties to reflect sunlight away from the conservatory to avoid it becoming a green house. Thermal properties to keep the warmth in during winter aswell… We work hard to provide a Conservatory extension usable throughout the full year.
